What We Need
You!
- You are willing to put up with a few minor technological and process hiccups and inconveniences in order to help use develop a new model of care.
- You absolutely do not want to go to a crowded clinic or ER for care.
- You want personalized care wherever you are, however you can reach us (the beach house, the house in the mountains, your in-laws).
Payment Model
We are a small startup and are in the process for credentialing with CMS. We will be able to provide covered services and retoractively bill for Medicare recipients once the application is accepted. We are currently maintaining a wait-list until the application is accepted. We expect to be able to offer services to Medicare recipients on or before August 15th. If you call and ask to be on the wait-list we will keep you informed as to the progress.
We are out of network for private health insurances. Therefore we collect payment from a number of sources, credit cards, HSA or FSA’s, Apple Pay and many other forms of electronic payment at the time of or shortly after service. This does allow us to offer a broader range of services and care options and we make every attempt to keep prices as low as we can up front. See our Price Transparency List for details
We will document and process all visits just as though they were being submitted as claims, but we do not have the resources to handle these claims. We will provide you with a “Superbill” that can be sumbitted by you to your insurance for potential partial reimbursement of the services we provide.

Telephone Telemedicine
Most of medical care is simply effective communication between a provider and healthcare customer. We will utilize any means available to assist in your care. Even just a basic phone call can help answer questions, evaluate changes in chronic needs and even diagnose basic medical conditions. Using our integrated telemedicine platform we can use the entire range of available options to provide the care you need.
Real-Time Telemedicine
Using our real-time HIPAA compliant integrated telemedicine platform we are able to evaluate and potentially diagnose a much wider range of medical needs and conditions. Cutting edge internet speeds, high definition video and clear audio make our visits seamless and comforting.
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
We have partnered with multiple agencies to incorporate safe and effective remote monitoring of chronic medical conditions such as Hypertension, Asthma, COPD, Diabetes and Congestive Heart Failure. Much of this is likely covered by your insurance with minimal cost to you. We are currently generating a wait list of individuals that are interested. Once we are able to enroll a group of qualifies individuals and Medicare credentialing is complete we will initiate this service. Daily blood pressure readings, pulse oximeter readings, blood sugars and daily weights for those with conditions that require close monitoring of those statistics.
All of the data is tabulated and automatically uploaded to a cloud based secured data system and regularly reviewed and evaluated by our staff. With this approach changes are noted much earlier and conditions treatwith much less effort and time. Signficantly decreasing the need to clinic, Urgent Care, ER visits and hospitalizations. Once established you will no be required to have routine visits, only if changes or concerns are noted in our review of your information.
Virtual Health Encounters
In addition to the video encounters we are both utilizing developing state of the art tools to allow for real time medical examinations. Pulse oximetry, heart and lung auscultation with digital stethoscopes, remote ear exams with otoscopes, temperature, blood pressure and heart rate all done during the visit and in real-time. At this time availability is based on the supply of appropriate FDA certified devices. Supply has been variable. Please inquire directly if this is of interest. We are actively developing tools to improve this service, and are actively working with the appropriate regulatory bodies and FDA to considerably expand the virtual health and exam resources. Spruce Visits
An emerging technology in telemdicine and virtual health visits are asynchronous or “store and forward” requests. These “pre-visits” are arranged through our communications platform Spruce Health. They are validated and adaptive questionnaires that are completed ahead of your visit that can significantly reduce or even eliminate the need for a formal real-time visit. Think of them like and extended and “smart” text message sent to our providers. See this list of conditions that are currently included within the Spruce Visits system.
If you schedule a telemedicine visit and request one of the Spruce Visits we will send you the links to complete the pre-visit. We will review this information once completed and notify you as to the plan of care that we suggest. At the very least it will save time during your visit, making your care more efficient and timely while maintaining. The thorough and personalized care you expect.
Home Visits
Requires Prior Approval
Not everything can be adequately managed using telemedicine visits and remote means for communications.
If you are not far from our location and have received prior approval to schedule a home visit, we will arrange for your care while taking all available precautions, adhering to the most rigorous no-contact protocols and socially distant appropriate practices.
NOTE: Availability of home visits are strictly dependent on the supply of appropriate personal protective equipment for the patient, provider and family.
Lab, Imaging and X-Ray
We have partnered with a nationwide phlebotomy network as well as with local laboratory resources to offer a comprehensive list of medical laboratory tests. You can choose to visit a safe local facility or to arrange for a blood draw in-home. Many if not all of the routine tests you will need are availiable and can be completed at your convenience, we can then forward these results to any other provider or specialist you prefer, we will always provide a copy for your records as well.
Another key partnership allows us to send certified technologists to your home for x-Rays, ultrasound and electrocardiogram (EKG) Studies. Many of these can be completed within 24 hours and often times within the same day. Click the link below to explore the current list of studies we can arrange. On occasion these studies are covered by your insurance, otherwise we have arranged for direct pay pricing so you can choose as you would prefer.

Mobile Clinic
In the very near future we are going to purchase a dedicated mobile clinic that we can use to more effectively and efficiently provide home-based services. There is currently a waiting list for the vehicles required due to the recent large expansion and growth of nationwide delivery services. In today’s health and wellness market we are being bombarded with an ever-changing lanscape of data gathering and monitoring. Many of these devices are moving at a much faster pace than regulatory and medical standards.
