What is our mission?
The Modern Country Doctor was formed to address emerging health delivery gaps and challenges. It is a new, modern and innovative model for healthcare delivery that brings back the in-home personal, individualized and comprehensive medical care of years gone by.
The services and flexibility of what we provide is a departure from the norm. Our practice offers a range of care options from nearly immediately available virtual care through telemedicine and the newest medical device technology through home visits by our providers for situations in which telemedicine is not appropriate.
We have worked diligently to advance the emerging model of telemedicine to bring it closer to truly virtual care: remote exam technology, x-ray imaging, ultrasounds, laboratory services and remote physician monitoring of chronic medical conditions can all be arranged in-home and outside of clinics, urgent cares, hospitals and emergency rooms.
